Please contact these Indymedia collectives directly. There have
been communication errors in the past when well-meaning westerners
have not contacted locals at the beginning of an indymedia 
solidarity project. 

Locals are already organised.

Please read their list archives to understand where they are
at and then ask them what help they need.
