Hello South Dakota and Lakota aspiring IMCs,

This is Jay from Philadelphia.  I've been involved with the new-imc working 
group on and off for a while.  I've been "off" for a few months, but am 
slowly coming back on to help organize the response to an increasing number 
of U.S.-based aspiring IMCs, like your own.  Welcome to the wild world of 
Indymedia!!

If I'm not mistken, Charles and the South Dakota group have had an initial 
meeting and are currently figuring out what the new-imc process 
entails.  Justin, Willie and others seem to be doing some great outreach to 
Lakota groups in a reasonably similar geographic area.  Last communication 
I see, if I'm not mistaken, is from Charles, who is going to get in contact 
with the Lakota group and see what kind of possibilities there are for 
working together.

Geoffrey from Winnipeg has offered to help with some of the U.S.-based 
IMCs.  Geoffrey, might you be interested in working with the South Dakota 
groups?  They seem as if they'll need some time to do some communicating, 
outreach and organizing.  Of course I can be here to help too.  How does 
that sound?
