[New-imc] introduction.

hey,

i am martin, just another one of lancaster imc (LIMC). i am for now the 
gateway of information to the uk-network and the european and global levels 
of indymedia for LIMC.

the uk-network is currently discussing new-imc issues and that is why i am on 
this list.

previously involved in G8 Genoa imc and imc-uk for two years, first 
peripherically and for the last 6 months more actively.

in october i made a call for lancaster imc and various groups have come 
together and we're slowly forming.
