[New-imc] cmi-venezuela list

Hi there,
dri from the new imc working group here. The list cmi-venezuela was created
by a gringo during the coup last april. Sebastian from imc argentina is the
current adm. There are some messages held for approval and i've sent him
already a coupple of e-mails about it. I would like to have the pws changed
to be able to clean those messages and pass along the adm of that list to
the local groups interested in starting an IMC Venezuela.
