[New-imc] Volunteers needed for euro-region new-imc's

me and changsing are already helping out with belgrade 
i think we can maybe take care of your new imc as well
but i can do it only if changsing agress to help me out so we can share
the task :)))))
so let's wait for changsing answer before considereing it a done deal :)
