[New-imc] everyone: OK to link newimc.indymedia to twiki NewImcHowTo and shorten newimc.indymedia?

mailman decided to renumber the new-imc archives. Subtract 1178 from a
typical (old) new-imc archive message number and chances are you'll be
OK.  i sent a "help - will this happen often?" question to listwork
but it went unnoticed. They've got a huge task, so i didn't
insist. Now it seems probably safer to hope they don't
notice or everything will have to be reverted... Don't know if this
means that 1178 old messages were deleted or not...

AFAIR, nobody in the new-imc working group has made positive, negative
or even neutral comments on
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImcHowTo
but i think that if there was any serious problem, some of the lurkers
would have spoken up.

Anybody who wishes to comment or object: please remember that mark is
not subscribed to new-imc, so please include 
a cc: to (mark at indymedia.org).
