No matter if this IMC gets blocked the global network, in my opinion,
should think about topical information on the network. I believe that
topical IMC's should work and we do have them such as
climate.indymedia.org and can not see a valid reason for blocking such a
proposed new imc when we have already established a precedence of a
topical based IMC. I would work on a housing.indy since I am a squatter
and a member of Homes Not Jails and have been a member of OCAP as well.
This is one area that I think the IMC could actually provide a real
service to the communities they live in by facilitating information and
news on such issues as housing and poverty.
