I flamed Andy on the IMC-process list.

Speaking of proposals concerning people, I could have posted a propoal 
concerning Andy, but I didn't. Why do you feel compelled to ban me from an 
IMC list? Is this a good precedent to set when it comes to requests for new IMCs?
