Yeah, but isn't it a bit like a political party? Furthermore, their mission 
statement does sound like a subject based imc:

and here it becomes also very clear when subject based imc's are 
problematic, precisely when they are promoting something that is quite 
controversial within the network (which btw housing probably wouldn't be, 
but animal rights might be)

yes, they had a discussion on the editorial policy and I wrote en email 
summing up different models we have in the network, I also told them where 
to get information on unicode (for persian script), but after that I haven't 
heard anything. But I wouldn't worry, in Beirut we sometimes don't 
communicate for weeks, it might just be their pace.
