[New-imc] new-imc

[John Windmueller]

We've been talking about the issue of massive cross-postings in
imc-process, and this message takes the cake.  For new-imc folks, where
is Istanbul in the new-imc process?  They clearly need some tech
support, but they (or at least this one poster) apparently also need
some help in understanding the function of the different imc lists.
