[New-imc] So, how do we get back into the DNS?

So, Binghamton.indymedia.org was in DNS, but now it isn't. I'd already
begun posting links to our site on local messages boards (including
one with a very right-wing vibe), promoting our audio of a recent talk
by Scott Ritter. Now we're out of DNS and thus the link doesn't work.
Fortunately, my collegue Rick Kalada/rkalada at stny.rr.com (who expertly
set up and hosts our website) has registered a fallback domain:
http://binghamtonindy.org.
Frankly, I think our removal from DNS appears to "them" as our being
incompentent or disorganized.
Yes, I've read http://newimc.indymedia.org/, I've created the required
mailing lists, I've written a mission statement, and editorial policy,
I am in contact with john at buffaloimc.org, and ARC from Ithaca (whom I plan on
meeting soon), but we are being told that we haven't followed the process.
I am connected to a collective of peace and social justice groups in the
area (about 20), I am connected to community radio and public access tv
and can cross promote our indymedia movement via PSAs on radio and TV.
I would love to use binghamton.indymedia.org in this way as an organizing
tool. But since we've been yanked out of DNS (and thus appear to have
been part of the IM collective, but are no longer), it becomes harder.
So, whomever is complaining that we aren't following the process PLEASE
explain what we haven't done, and CLEARLY STATE what we need to do
next. Otherwise, I respectfully request to be re-added to the DNS as
binghamton.indymedia.org (205.214.77.170) ASAP.
I can understand your need to be careful as to who you admit to the
collective. Hopefully my introduction will indicate that I am a kindred
spirit (progressive, green, crunchy, media savvy, etc)
Kindest Regards,
Bill Huston
