I'm a volunteer from New Imc working group. I'll help you in anything you
need to star an IMC in your country/city.
So answering your question: just write to listwork at lists.indymedia.org and
mailing list for IMC Puerto Rico (there are reciving this e-mail also, so
perhaps they'll contact you with the list created and the pws soon).
