Because tehy got the zimbabwe.indy domain name when they needed to do
coverage but didn't have time to go through the process. They then have
not going through the process and they are not a member of the indymedia
network until such time as then finish the process.

I think it would be very good for them to go through the new imc process
and join the network. I believe that if they never do that eventually
there will be a desire to take the domain name zimbabwe.indymedia.org away
from them, although there is no push to do that now.
