[New-imc] [indymedia.org #2684] Second New Jersey IMC

You should read newimc.indymedia.org and email new-imc at indymedia.org for
information on starting an indymedia center. My initial suggestion is
that you find a way to work with either the New Jersey imc or the New
York City imc by expanding those sites to have a northern new jersey
section. But perhaps a seperate imc makes sense.
