[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (universitas)

I am a bit confused with this application - It sounds like 
Universitas is another organsation with a new software called 'Kevin' 
- Does anyone know any more about this (anyone in french indymedia 
network in touch?) Bruno could you tell us a bit more about your 
application for a local indymedia site. Sounds like an interesting 
idea but i am just a bit confussed about the relation to indymedia.
