[New-imc] [en] new-imc and volunteer.indy coordination

Hi, just an idea i had which i think would make things easier. if people
think it's a good idea i'll phrase it as a formal proposal and nag
the usual suspects to translate it to a few languages for me :-)

I've been working with catherine to update volunteer.indymedia.org,
which is horribly out of date (altho we've added about 20 imc's in the
past month or so, with more to come shortly). This process is tedious
to say the least - finding out where a country/region is (in some cases
its not so clear, e.g. ambazonia), then trying to contact them thru
their email list, websites, random people you know there, etc.

Anyway the point is if new-imc could be rigged to automagically forward
a copy of accepted imc's applications to volunteer at indymedia.org, it
would make maintaining volunteer.indy much easier. Either we could use
the current "Contact Name" field for the contact address we put in to the
volunteer.indy database, or we could add a textbox "Volunteer Contact"
on the newimc.indy page.
