we (cmi-nicaragua) have sent our mission statement & editorial policy to the new-imc list, both in spanish  (http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/new-imc/2003-June/004081.html) and english (http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/new-imc/2003-July/004101.html) but we have not received any answer from you.
