[New-imc] Funding IMC-Iraq ourselves

i don't think anyone would object to support a campaing for supporting the birth
of this project through a paypal in several imc home pages
and maybe this could already be something providing basic founding for the first
expenses while the local group find other ways to support itself economicaly
(funding or otherwise)

i think this is by far  a better solution than every people on the list
contributing momney (for example i don't have almost money to eat these days,
how could i possibly contribute 500$ ?????)
