Hi Jeff, new-imc

New Orleans seems from what i have gathered to be pretty tight and
organized, and what with CAFTA and all coming up, it looks like NOLA is
ready to go through new-imc process. You appear to have agreed to the
Principles of Unity and Membership Criteria and have laid out a
decisionmaking process that's in line with most other IMCs (see
http://nolaimc.stopcafta.org/news/2003/07/9.php) and have an SF-Active
site hosted on Staughton that seems to be working well. New-IMCers, please
take a look and give feedback!
