Read the website at http://newimc.indymedia.org/ then fill out the 
form. You can create a mailinglist at http://newlist.indymedia.org/

While you're at it you should visit and perhaps work with indymedia 
activists who live VERY close to you, i'd say within 75 miles of you 
there are already three imc's. Is there enough community support to 
create another physical media center in northern new jersey? I believe 
the New Jersey imc is virtual, but the New York City and Philadelphia 
IMC's are both real media centers (not just websites). Visiting and 
working with other IMC's can be the most valuable thing you can do to 
learn how to make indymedia a powerful 
organization/website/network/center in your community.
