Greetings fellow media warriors:

We have garnered a signigicant amount of local support for creating a website that would serve as an alternative media outlet for the Las Vegas community. Several of the  people we've talked to have already expressed interest in setting up an IMC or have already been approached by IndyMedia network members to start one. Currently the conditions seem favorable to move forward. Before submitting the new-IMC form, we have a few questions.

1) Could you send us an example of an introductory letter, a mission statement, as well as the text of the 10 step process. We have been trying to get these off the site but the links are currently down.

2) In general, what are the costs of setting up an IMC? i.e. servers, software, office space...? 

We have many more questions, but this will get us started....
