Issue and Event focus





A group of about 20+ dedicated people are determined to get a Cincinnati IMC center up and running soon, possibly being finished by the end of the summer. We have an email-list started to contact everyone who is interested in helping. Fliers, word-of-mouth, and web posts have been used to gather help from around the city, and so far we have had an amazing amount of replies (in addition to the original team). Many people have come forward with promises to help pay for/donate space for the site, but we wish for this project to be more than web oriented.  There are a many many photographers, journalists, and techies supporting our venture, so we most likely will not need help with coding.  This will not be an extension of OVIMC, which was shut down some time ago.

Cincinnati is (generally) extremely conservative in its ideals, views, and values. Most people are blind to the movements that are happening in our area. Our group wishes to expose the people of Cincinnati to alternative points of view, in hope that they will expand their knowledge of the world and to help make Cincinnati a more diverse community.
