Looks like NOLA's coming along well! I'm your new-imc contact person- I've
emailed with a few people from your IMC, possibly you, forgive me for not
remembering ;)

It looks to me from your website as if NOLA has already reached formal
consensus on the Principles of Unity? That's excellent. You also have
mailing lists for those involved in the collective. Have you looked at
the Membership Criteria
(http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/MembershipCriteria) yet? That's the
next document you should be looking over and consensing to or
rejecting or commenting on. We ask that you comment on these criteria one
by one, stating if you agree, disagree, or would like to see something
changed about each one.

You'll want also to openly explain your decisionmaking process, for
transparency's sake. Here's ours, for sake of example:
