Ok as for Estrecho on

The text in their request is quite enough as a presentation it is only in
spanish so I would be ready to ask for translation only if somebody wants
to have a look.

The friends of Estrecho have worked hard, we have been in touch with them
for some time, and they came to visit us and we went to see them. The
outreach they've done is incredible and they have organized a lot of
events and meetings so I think that there is not much doubt about their
will to work hard and well. I have ask them to send a note about the work
they've done on the principles of unity and the membership criteria.

THey told me they have approved them already. I just ask them to confirm
on this list.

As for Canary Islands they are also doing a hard job but things are more
difficult for them as they live disseminated in 7 islands.
