summary: nice having a thematic site. thematic imc have to be the same
participatory and openness standards as other imc. let's make it .

there was a lot of discussion on italy imc list about the site because many
people would have liked to help it be born but felt totally overstepped and
where looking for info

i am totally in favour of thematic imc especially when they can be the result of
a mix of syndicated material from local sites (having direct publishing on local
sites and using the site as collection :) 
but i think they have to be open and participatory as much as geographic imcs
and all imc processes (i think the only thematic imc we have is not like that
and is totally nice and full of info but very unclear in terms of process)

so
hail to the biotech temathic imc
let's try to have it go through a correct process and let's offer tools for
everybody to contribute to its development

tuvimos discutiendo mucho en lo de indymedia italia porque muchas personas
quierian participar a su comienzo pero se sentieron totalmente excluido de la
possibilidad de hacerlo.

yo soy totalmente en favor de cmi tematicos, en particular cuando ellos sonos la
collection de articulos syndicatos desde los sitios locales (con la publicacion
en los sitios y la collection en el sitio tematico :)
pero pienso que tenemos que ser abierto y participatorio tal cual que cmis
"geograficos" y los otros procesos de indymedia (pienso que l'unico cmi tematico
que tenemos no es asi y es lleno de inforrmaciones y muy lindo pero totalmente
obscuro en termino de participacion y proceso)

entonces
viva el cmi tematico sobre el biotech
pero hacemolo con un proceso claro y offrecemos herramientas a todos por
contribuir a su desarrollo
