dear tovin,

good to see that there are people interested in discussion this further 
with us.

But i would be glad, if you could wait a bit, because otherwise you'll be 
starting this discussion without those people who are developing the idea 
for the biotech-topic site.

First of all, we are still covering the Sacramento WTO meeting, and we 
during these days we will not be able to contribute.

Second, we still have to sort out a few things. I know that there have been 
earlier discussions about topic-imc's, but that's why it would seem better 
if you would wait until we can properly present our idea to the rest of the 
network.
