[New-imc] roll call

I'm with the New York City IMC and I help on www-features. I've worked with
other IMCs around the US (including assisting the Michigan IMC through its
formation, participating in some convergences and regional gatherings, and just
passing through) and in Latin America. 

I submitted a subscription requrest to new-imc because I'd like to be able to
stay up-to-date on how the network is growing. Also, I occasionally come in
contact with an IMC-in-formation (as I recently did in Lawrence, Kansas) and
it's helpful for me to be able to know where their application stands.
