[New-imc] everyone: OK to link newimc.indymedia to twiki NewImcHowTo and shorten newimc.indymedia?

Somebody asked for an email to be removed from the archive and the 
person who did it made a mistake when the removed the emails. We have a 
procedure for listwork which explains how to delete messages without 
messing up the archives but it's not always followed.

In general i think it's better to take the content from the lists and 
post them as a page on the wiki. That way things can be changed and 
updated directly.

I also support links to the wiki pages for the content. Although still 
having newimc.indymedia.org with it's form is good because it's easy to 
find and isn't buried in the wiki.

I didn't notice it until just now. Perhaps it wasn't properly 
announced. I think we should definitely work on improving the new-imc 
documentation including getting testimonials from existing imc's about 
how they started and what worked. With the wiki we aren't dependent on 
techies doing all of the publishing. The process becomes much more open.
