Greetings

My name, is Luke(y) Skinner, im from Perth WA, i was subscribing,
but some conflict with my browser will not allow me to subscribe
successfully, thus i sent an email directly..... i believe a new IMC could
be established/introduced in Perth. Im sure that financial backing would be
not hard to find, nor would network operators, nor would public
support...... If this idea has backing, could you please contact me with a
list of requirements etc, and with any helpers that can be found, im willing
to put in as much effort and time as i have to spare....
