To whome it may concern,

I have done much research, more, much observation,
and i believe IMC could have great success in perth, would have much support.
I am keen to give whatever support, whatever services i may provide to the development of a independant media center in Perth,
given backing and leadership, IMC in Perth could very easily be established,
at the moment, i am not aware of any non-corporate or government backed media centers, nor individual newspapers which operate in perth, that is, ones that are open to all members of public.

Please reply with a list of information you would need in order for this to happen, and I shall do my upmost to provide information required :)
