[New-imc] intro

Hi all,

I am a part of San Francisco Bay Area Indymedia. I am
a member of our editorial collective, and i do general
organizing also. I was around for the beginning of
SF-IMC, so I have a good idea of the challenges new
IMCs face when starting up. I would like to help out
with the U.S. new IMCs. 

Please let me know how to start. I will be reading the
archives in the meantime.
