[New-imc] some thoughts on new imc involvement in local list discussions

hi joanne, everyone at imc-romania,
   You have my apologies for my emails to your list sounding
aggressive and like directions rather than suggestions. i'm fairly
sure noone in the new-imc working group thinks we should be 
aggressive in participating in local lists of new IMC groups.

So once again: sorry. 

new-imc: 
  martin, jo, frank, or blicero+changsing - how about offering to talk
to imc-romania more sensitively than i have and listen to them and
give them supportive, friendly suggestions? Please send a note to
new-imc so we know that someone is in contact there.

Regarding mailing list issues: anyone, from imc-romania or new-imc,
should feel welcome to contribute to, correct, etc:

These are real issues, and it would be good to have the various
arguments as clear as possible for new (and old) IMCs.
