[New-imc] huge mistake

i just realized it tonite, but someone made a gigantic
mistake that's been on indymedia for years!

the hudson mohawk imc is also known as the capitol
region. they are listed as "NY CAPITAL"

major spelling mistake and ironically what we are
fighting against, capitalism (one among many).

someone should change this across the board.
