Message: I have talked to many folks in Latin America who say one man is controling mexico.indymedia and that there is no collective able to work because of this. The website has not been updated since sept. 2002. Movements in Mexico are exploding and there are so many people who want to use and could use this site, especially before the WTO meetings this fall.
What can we do? I work with arizona.indymedia.org and we have contacts with the soon to be sonora.indymedia and tijuana.indymedia.org, as well as contacts in Mexico City though not with indymedia. I feel strongly that mexico indymedia must be turned over to a collective soon, but do not know how a process like this works within the indymedia structure. You all rock!
