   Can you help Galiza? i don't know how sensitive language issues
are in the region, but i guess someone who speaks "galego-portuguese"
would probably be welcome, and would probably have some chance of 
understanding local activism there...

You might want to update the TWiki page for helping European new IMCs.
For the moment we don't seem to have as many new applications as 
for the USA, but it would be a pity to leave people ignored just because
we forgot...
