[New-imc] Re: [Dns] remove central florida

I think that sites shouldn't be removed just by technical groups, but  
rather we should post something to their list as well as new-imc and  
imc-process. If folks there feel the site should be removed and there  
is no communication from the people who were involved, THEN we should  
make the technical changes to remove them.

I actually agree with removing them, just think it should be a  
political decision, not a technical one.
