Evan, we didnt decide to take it down.  As you may remember our server
had a HD crash, afterwards all IMCs which were active contacted us
(because alot of them we didnt even remember about) and we got them back
up, one at a time.  CFL never contacted us, we forgot about them until I
looked over the cities list and realised they were still on it.
