But actually setting up the site is different to the new-imc process.

i don't quite understand the appeal. i agree that they were definitely
approved by new-imc and imc-process, and i thought they knew they 
should update their entry at

using their password, and they should contact  

 dns at lists.indymedia.org

to get their dns entry (beirut.indymedia.org, aliases in other
spellings, ...) activated once their site is up.

If you wish to help IMC Beirut get their site active, or if you think
they missed the above info, please talk to them on their list:

 imc-beirut at lists.indymedia.org  

and find out how you can help them. In principle,

 imc-tech at lists.indymedia.org

is the best list for tech support, but i don't really know.
