i thought about it
me and changsing will formulate an answer to the proposal soon

we dont' think new-imc should be a liason or collective driven working group
but that it should be a committed individuals workign group

for sure we have to find ways to make sure tat only people committed to work in
the working group comment and discuss on things instead of having factions (like
arc/andy/freedom) driving the polemics

i think some comment made by arc made sense in terms of waiting after someone do
some though-of comment on an application and in terms of reminding the meaning
of what we are doing

we should start from that to find a good balance between making sure new imc are
a participatory structure along imc principles of unity and the ability to avoid
individuals position hardening and blockng the work of a global network
