[New-imc] New IMC-Ithaca liaison

La posted to our list that she would no longer be involved with IMC-Ithaca.  
Last week imc-ithaca consensed that Eric would replace La as our liaison.  
That consensus was confirmed tonight, so it is now official.  (That is our 
process for consensus.)   I am now officially imc-ithaca's liaison. 

I have posted several things to this list during the past month.  If more 
introduction is needed I will be happy to comply.
