[New-imc] pointing newimc.indymedia page to docs.indymedia page?

Hmm.  I would say we should do what we can to not have to to any 
retranslation.  Is there anyone who may be more familiar with both the 
newimc.indymedia.org page and the 
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImcHowTo pages than I am who may 
be able to suggest the best way to go about this?  I see them both, 
obviously, but maybe don't have a handle on what is translated and where 
those translations "live."
