[New-imc] pointing newimc.indymedia page to docs.indymedia page?

Hi,

Somehow the message didn't went to the new IMC lists and only to Jay.
So I repost it.

Meanwhile I will contact Evan and Mark in order to find who did the new IMC
page.

I will begin doing the job and if meanwhile no one objects I'll try to get
it working.
