Hey Randy, new-imc:

I'll reiterate a little what we've been discussing on the erie list for
the rest of new-imc to see:

- I'm down with you folks holding off on developing an editorial policy.
You'll also want to write out your decisionmaking process, like we did:
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/ImcPittsburghConsensus

- While it's not imperative, I'd suggest waiting a litttttle bit before
jumping in full-steam (ie, sending your letter and joining the network . .
=3D2E you're moving along really quickly, which is AWESOME, but at the same
time, you'll want to make sure that the 10 or so
people who are involved today are going to stick around, or else you'll be
able to get more people involved. I'm really impressed with your progress,
just don't want to see you get going too fast then lose your momentum. It
took us a good while to get our shit together here, so don't worry about
not being ready yet.

keep up the good work!
andy

So grab a pen turn off the CNN and scratch me out some plans
to get together again.
