[New-imc] New IMC webpage

Hi,

I'm Jó from the New-Imc working group.

According to Jay from Philly one of you code gurus have made the new imc
webpage (newimc.indymedia.org).
The problem is that some of the links, namelly links for messages in the
mailing list, are broken.

Another problem is that we are maintining also a twiki page wich means
that information on both places isn'nt exactlly the same.

We are now talking about moving everything to the Twiki and leave only
the form.

Has the page is PHP and support various languages, I am asking if it is
possible for you to send me the source code of the page so I can modify
it and eventually send it back to you for upload.
