Summary: Lets Welcome Rogue to the Network
 
I think it should be made clear that there is no block of Rogue by ithaca.indymedia. Eric prematurely announced that to the list. In Ithaca's consensed upon process, a consensus decision made at one meeting is not "official" till the next meeting,making sure any members not in attendance can can still not agree and reopen discussion. Consensus was not reached at second meeting to block Rogue. Arc,Andy,and Eric have blocked as individuals. It seems Rogue has worked hard to remedy their lack of out-reach. After hearing it confirmed 
by Boud and agreeded to by Evan 
that:
(1) the Membership Criteria (and P of Unity) are only *draft* criteria
and:
Just because arc talks authoritatively about full consensus being
obligatory in Indymedia doesn't make it true. (New-imc,May 19)
I say lets welcome Rogue to the network.

Penso che dovrebbe essere fatto chiaramente che non ci è blocco di Rogue da ithaca.indymedia.  Eric prematuramente ha annunciato quello alla lista.  In Ithaca consensed sul processo, una decisione di consenso presa riunione ad una non è "funzionario" lavorare alla riunione seguente, assicurarsi tutti i membri non a disposizione può però non essere conforme e non riaprire la discussione.  Il consenso non è stato raggiunto alla seconda riunione per ostruire Rogue.  L'arco, Andy ed Eric hanno ostruito come individui.  Sembra che Rogue ha funzionato duro per rimediare la loro mancanza di supera.  Dopo che sentirlo confermi da Boud ed agreeded da Evan quello:  (1) i test di verifica di insieme dei membri (e P di unità ) sono soltanto * brutta copia * test di verifica e:  Solo perchè i colloqui dell'arco autorevolmente circa il consenso completo che è obbligatorio in Indymedia non lo rende allineare.
