I'm curious, with several people expressing strong concerns about
"super-majority" fallbacks to consensus with new imc's, who do you
consider "our" to be? I'm interpreting that as discounting opposition
as not being part of the group of people who have a voice in these
issues. This concerns me greatly.

I don't think I could "trust" any IMC with a decidion making policy
which allows the kind of behavior we have seen in existing IMCs that
adopted a super-majority fallback. I have already detailed this in a
previous email, I won't repeat it here.

Outreach was always a side issue compaired to the decidion making
policy, and I dont believe the decidion making policy has been
addressed to date.
