I'm Jó from the portuguese IMC and also from the New-Imc working list.

I've voluntered to help you going through the New-IMC process.

I would suggest you analyse the

http://newimc.indymedia.org/ . You will lots of documents that will help
understand the Indymedia Network.

Please try to discusse them as widelly as possible and with all the
people you know is interested ad also with the people you think can be
interested.

I won't have access to a computer until 30 May so I cannot be of great
help till there.
