We could probobally make a few dozen proposals that would be immediatly
blocked, would that make the group that blocked them wrong?

Blocks are not suppost to be nessesary, in a healthy social structure
they are not. In a healthy structure people have a good idea where the
network stands, discusses stuff fully and publically in a non-combative
atmosphere, and "proposals" are only made to synthesis what it feels
everyone is wanting - vs our current system where people just "propose"
what they think would be a good idea and then a war of social pressure
begins to push the proposal through.
