It looks like you're not only off to a very healthy start, but also very
close to passing through the new-imc process!

The last thing left, as you stated, is the principals of unity.  This is
done through a group discussion, item by item, and response to the group
about that item.  As per our established policy, post it to the new-imc
and imc-process lists and you begin a 4-day new-imc countdown.  At that
point you go into a 7-day countdown at imc-process, and then you're
official.  

What we did in Ithaca, and what was quite effective, was to print out
enough copies of the PoU for every member of the collective and spend an
entire meeting discussing them.  Each item a seperate agenda item with
the goal of formalising a response to each one.  It went pretty quick...
