It is very much still an issue on this list.

The process for IMCs to become official is they must go through the
new-imc process, which finishes with a proposal for them to become
official with a 4-day window for new-imc volunteers to object, followed
by a 7-day window on imc-process.

Rogue went to imc-process and got several blocks, thus back to new-imc.
It remains in new-imc despite the gross abuse of power by some of the
imc-techs and will continue to be so until the issues surrounding it are
solved.  These issues cannot even be properly addressed while there are
personal attacks and abuses of power, and with this behavior apparently
happening with the approval of some of IMC-Rogue's members, that is
likely a very long road indeed.
